Cross country has Started!


Good morning everyone. I would like to let everyone know that cross country running has begun in Physical Education this morning. Students were asked to try to maintain a consistent pace around the school yard for 15-20 minutes. We will be working on pacing and interval training (20s jog, 10s walk) in the next phys. ed period on Friday. Students will also have the opportunity to try out for the school cross country team starting this week. We are encouraging students to go for a short jog to build up stamina during the evening. Parents feel free to jog with them!
