I was not in the classroom today as I was at the board office learning about ways to improve the math classroom. There are exciting new strategies that I will be using with the students coming in the near future.
I had a chance to finish assessment the Patterning Assessments that were completed by the students last Friday. Have a look at the google drive to see how students did. We will be discussing the assessment in depth in class tomorrow.
Students are encouraged to study for their multiplication facts. They will be quizzed on these again tomorrow afternoon. Students are still improving, and we are getting closer and closer to our goal.
