New Version of Permission Form for Bonnenfant - No Actions Needed by Parents

Please be aware of the amendment to the permission form. Parents have nothing to redo.

Amendment:

Students will wear a helmet and a harness during the climbing wall activity and will receive instruction on concussion prevention and awareness specific to activities prior to participating (http://safety.ophea.net/node/46).
